1. Are my payments secure?

Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information.

2. How long until I receive my order?

Depending on the shipping method you chose, anywhere from 7 to 10 business days. All of our products are shipped via UPS or USPS. UPS is a guaranteed delivery with tracking numbers, while USPS Priority doesn't track packages and therefore delivery can not be guaranteed. Currently we only ship within the Continental United States. You will recieve a notice via email once your order has been submitted along with the tracking information, if you choose USP shipping methods.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard), as well as Personal Checks and Money Orders. Checks and Money Orders may take longer depending on the postal service.

4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Florida residents will need to pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.

5. Do you offer gift cards?

We currently do not offer any gift cards.
